Following the recent launch of <strong>Garbo Stories<\/strong>, its Spanish subsidiary, the company has formed a strategic industrial alliance with <strong>Onza<\/strong>, a Spanish independent production company, acquiring an equity stake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>International growth<\/strong><br>Founded in 2014 by <strong>Jos\u00e9 Maria Irisari<\/strong> (pictured with Maite Bulgari), <strong>Nicol\u00e0s Bergareche<\/strong>, and <strong>Gonzalo Sagardia<\/strong>, Onza produces series, entertainment content, and documentaries for television and streaming platforms across the Spanish-speaking world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active in the United States since 2021 through its branch <strong>Onza Am\u00e9ricas<\/strong>, the company\u2014thanks to the agreement with Maite Bulgari\u2019s holding\u2014can now accelerate its expansion in Europe, Latin America, and internationally, particularly through the development of joint projects with the Italian companies <strong>Garbo Produzioni<\/strong> and <strong>Anthos<\/strong>. Among the growth objectives identified by the new partners are the joint production and distribution of content for Spain, Italy, and Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New board appointments<\/strong><br>Under the agreement, Onza\u2019s founding partners will remain shareholders and continue to run the company. <strong>Maite Bulgari<\/strong>, <strong>Raul Ballestero<\/strong>, and <strong>Stefano Torrisi<\/strong> join the board of directors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Garbo Produzioni, founded by Maite Bulgari, continues to strengthen its presence in the Iberian and Latin American markets.
