Filming has begun on LO QUE QUEDA DE TI, the debut feature by Spanish director Gala Gracia, starring Laia Manzanares and Ángela Cervantes.

Set against the breathtaking beauty of the mountains of the Hoya de Huesca, LO QUE QUEDA DE TI is a feature film directed by Gala Gracia and starring Laia Manzanares—winner of the Fugaz Award for La Tierra Llamando a Ana (2019)—and double Goya nominee Ángela Cervantes (Chavalas, 2021; La Maternal, 2022). The cast also includes Portuguese actor Ruy de Carvalho and Austrian actress Anna Tenta, known to audiences for Freaks Out (2021) directed by Gabriele Mainetti, in which she starred alongside Franz Rogowski.

Gala Gracia, director and screenwriter of multiple award-winning short films such as El color de la sed (2017) and La pared (2020), makes her feature-film debut with a story marked by autobiographical tones, inspired by real events.

The film follows Sara, a young woman who, unable to accept her father’s sudden death, abandons her future as a jazz pianist to return to Spain and rediscover the past of her family of organic livestock farmers. A blend of music, rural life, and family ties comes together to form a powerful narrative about returning to one’s roots.

LO QUE QUEDA DE TI is a co-production between Spain, Italy, and Portugal. It is produced by Carlo D’Ursi (Potenza Producciones – Spain) in co-production with Arturo Mendiz of Bastian Films (Spain) and Luís Galvão Teles of Fado Filmes (Portugal), and co-produced in Italy by Pilar Saavedra Perrotta (Sajama Films) and Maite Bulgari (Garbo Produzioni), with the support of the Ministry of Culture. The film, made in collaboration with Movistar+, RTVE, TV3, TV de Aragón, Castilla-La Mancha TV, and Ibermedia, will be distributed in Spain by Karma Films.
