Garbo does not accept or consider any materials that have not been expressly requested by Garbo (such as, for example, ideas, subjects, treatments, etc.) (the ‘Unsolicited Materials’). If you send Unrequested Materials, regardless of any indication to the contrary in the Unrequested Materials you submit, the following shall apply: (i) Garbo shall not assume any confidentiality or other obligations towards you in relation to the Unrequested Materials; (ii) you acknowledge that Garbo may have received from third parties and/or developed and/or may develop and/or exploit in the future similar or identical materials, and you agree that, in the event that Garbo uses such similar or identical materials, you shall not be entitled to receive compensation or make any claims whatsoever; (iii) You release Garbo, its assignees and successors, and each of its employees or representatives, from any liability, action, loss, damage, expense or legal action that may arise from Garbo’s access to the Unsolicited Materials or its use of such Materials.
