Filming has begun on Inspector Coliandro – Season 8

The Manetti Bros are back on set with new adventures for one of the most iconic characters of their career: Inspector Coliandro. The clumsy yet big-hearted “sbirro,” beloved by Italian audiences, is ready to return to television with four new episodes, written—as always—by the unmistakable duo Carlo Lucarelli and Giampiero Rigosi.

The series once again stars Giampaolo Morelli, who has played Coliandro for fourteen years, joined by Paolo Sassanelli, Caterina Silva, Veronika Logan, Alessandro Rossi, Benedetta Cimatti, Luisella Notari, Francesco Zenzola, with a special appearance by Massimiliano Bruno and many other guest stars.

Broadcast is scheduled on Rai 2 in 2021.
