Mozambico. La Pace Italiana

October 4, 1992: after 27 months of negotiations and 11 working sessions, four amateur peace-makers—three Italians and one Mozambican—achieve a result that stuns the international community. In Rome, inside the Community of Sant’Egidio, the “Italian Peace” is signed between the government of Mozambique and the rebels of the Resistência Nacional Moçambicana. This documentary retraces, step by step, a peace process unlike any other in history.
